The Masters squad provides an opportunity for adult swimmers to enjoy swimming within a supportive club environment while improving technique, fitness and overall wellbeing.

Open to swimmers aged 17 and over, the squad welcomes a wide range of abilities, from those swimming for fitness and enjoyment to experienced competitors. Training sessions are structured and coach-led, helping swimmers refine technique, build endurance and develop confidence in the water.

Masters swimmers train alongside others with similar goals and abilities, with lanes graded to accommodate different speeds and experience levels. The programme offers flexibility for those wishing to train regularly as well as those who prefer a more casual approach to swimming.

For swimmers interested in competition, the squad also provides opportunities to take part in Masters events and open meets, while maintaining a welcoming and social atmosphere that brings together swimmers who share a passion for the sport.
